We love Africa in all the beauty of her many moods; we love her wildlife, and we love sharing the unique African experience with everyone we take on safari. We offer individual hunting safaris, as well as family oriented safaris that focus on wildlife photography, fishing, or visiting the beauty spots of Southern African countries.
Whatever your African dream, we are all about you, our client, and we will do everything we can to tailor our time together around your ideal wilderness experience.
Our hunting areas are carefully chosen ensuring our clients have a true African hunting experience.
South Africa is one of the most exciting countries in the world to hunt with over 40 different game species.
South Africa is a haven for wild bird shooting and provides the bird enthusiasts with a variety of terrain to hunt from.
it comes to the Big 5, we use a handful of selected hunting outfitters throughout Africa with whom we work.
PC Safaris is based in the Malaria-free Eastern Cape of South Africa, and the company holds the hunting rights to many thousands of acres where we can offer the best hunting to both the first-time hunter as well as the seasoned Safari hunter. We use a number of different lodges within the small circle of the Eastern Cape to ensure that daily travel is kept to a minimum. Each hunt is structured in such a way that you will spend time in the lodge that is best suited to your requirements in terms of where the majority of your chosen species occur. We have always encouraged family hunts, and welcome young hunters and first-time hunters.
The Addo Elephant Park is the third largest national park in South Africa, and is an exciting place to visit, offering a wide range of biodiversity, landscapes, animal species and birdlife. Addo has over 600 elephants in the park, as well as 48 of the very rare Black Rhino, and in addition, Cape Buffalo, Lion and many other plains game animals. PC Safaris will personally guide you in the park in the safety of our safari vehicle, and one or more nights can be spent in the park should you wish to stay there for a period.
The world-famous Kruger National Park is very popular, and bookings around a year ahead of time are essential to be able to spend time experiencing this beautiful game reserve. Kruger consists of over 5 million hectares of unspoilt wilderness, and this park is all about experiencing this beauty while focussing on your passion, whether it’s searching for the elusive big five, enjoying the incredible birdwatching opportunities or photographing the varied and plentiful smaller game species. PC Safaris will organise your whole trip, with a minimum five-night stay in this magical reserve.
Deep Sea Fishing along the Eastern Cape Coastline of South Africa offers an adventure to fishermen of all description due to the thrill of being on the open sea, and the opportunity for a big catch, that this promises. PC Safaris partners with experienced fishing charters to pursue game fish species such as Yellowfin Tuna, Dorado, Couta (King Mackeral), Barracuda, Garrick, Yellow Tail, Marlin and Sailfish. A trip to the reef, approximately 8 km from the shore, will increase your chances of seeing a variety of shark species, as well as other fish such as Rockcod, Bream, Stumpnose and Red Steenbras.
PC Safaris also has a love for the art of fly fishing with all its accompanying charms of rod, river and fly-tying. PC Safaris has access to many rivers, dams and lakes that offer excellent trout and yellow fish opportunities. We also offer tours to Zambia and Botswana on enquiry, to fish the mighty Zambezi and Okavango rivers for the aggressive Tiger fish.
We know Africa - let us help you enjoy it. We recommend longer stays if one is hunting the big 5.
We recommend you bring along your own rifle/s, as you are more familiar with them. Firearms can be hired by prior arrangement for those hunters wishing to travel without firearms.
South Africa is one of the most stable countries in Africa and its first world infrastructure of roads and scheduled flights make getting around a pleasure.
We recommend you visit your doctor before leaving on safari if you have any permanent health issues. Bring along extra prescription drugs if required.
